Partner questions
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There are no sign-up or monthly fees. Elite Finish keeps the customer's reservation deposit on each job, and you collect the rest.
Do I have to take every job?
No. You only get offers for times you marked as open, and you choose which ones to accept. Declining times you said you were free does lower your priority.
How fast do I need to accept?
Offers close after 30 minutes. If nobody accepts, it goes to the next partner. Top-rated partners get a head start on new offers.
Who sets the prices?
Elite Finish sets the prices so every customer gets the same upfront pricing. Your payout is shown on every offer before you accept.
Can I work with those customers directly later?
Customers booked through Elite Finish stay Elite Finish customers. Your partner agreement covers this, so there's no confusion about who books what.
